~A Pumpkin & A Punkin~







This exquisite pumpkin was created for me by Celestina Marie @ http://larearose.blogspot.com/. Celeste also designed (3) adorable darling chic pumpkins for Julie Marie @ idyllhours.blogspot.com. This beauty can be used all year round in our home.

My daughter, Cari & I had more fun with Halloween than Joshua ever did. The first pics is Joshua picking his first home grown pumpkin in 1996. He was so good about watering & weeding back then; not so much now.

In 1991 Joshua was 6 mns. & we dressed him up like a Leopard & in 1992 he was a politician. He won lst place in the Mt. Airy Halloween costume contest both years. Isn't he cute?

    What beautiful memories for you and Harold. Probably not so for Josh, but always fun to look back and smile. He was so precious, now handsome. They do grow fast.

    I love the pink pumpkin. How sweet is that. Just precious, and I think I would keep it out year round.

    I am not able to sleep tonight. My head is pounding and I could not find a comfortable place to sleep. Hopefully I will be able to get up and go today. I may be snoozing through parts but I so want to go.

    I love the pumpkin!! I have several of Celeste's pumpkins as well as other pieces and I just love them! Celeste has been such a blessing in my life as a wonderful friend.

    What a pretty pumpkin, I thought what a shame you'd have to throw it out,until I read it wasn't real. The painting reminds me of Rebecca's work from A Gathering of Thoughts. It was fun to see the old Halloween pictures too. I hope you have a Happy Halloween!
