~ Our Future Businessmen of America ~

Every (2) years Bill (our worker, not family ... sorry) comes over & resurfaces our driveway ... & the children come with their Dad. It is so cute to watch as they work real hard in cleaning the space & assisting Dad in spraying. Regardless of how old they are, there is always something found for them to do. They listen well & never give him any grief. A wonderful pic of 'the family that works together'.

God will always make it possible for us to do what he has gifted us to do ...

  1. What a sweet post! Your blog is so nice! I'm going to move on down! Love the Watermelon!!
Thanks for stopping by and becoming a follower!
    Hugs, Lisa

  2. Hi Marydon! Oh, how nice that your kiddoes are so helpful! I've entered your name in my giveaway.
    Be a sweetie,
    shelia :)

  3. A lovely family.I know you are a happy Mother. My son didn't have any children.

  4. Hi there! I love it when families work together and your drive looks great:) Thanks for visiting my blog, hope you have a lovely day!

  5. I was one of nine...and this is what we did with our dad, whatever he went and did, he always took some of us along and taught us how to work. THAT'S THE AMERICAN WAY and YAY for this daddy that he's teaching those kids to work, they will never regret that!
(AND...I'm glad you appreciate it instead of thinking it's child abuse like most would!)

  6. It is nice to see a hard working family like that. What that father is teaching his children is priceless.
    xxoo, Susan

  7. What a wise Dad to teach his children the value of work. Thanks for sharing.

  8. My friends ~ Thank you all for enjoying this post ... the lesson for these children IS priceless & not taught often enough! TTFN ~Marydon

  9. What good listeners they are! I wish mine listened more maybe it's their age :) I too need some driveway work done.We are extending ours to get rid of an annoying flowerbed that floods when it rains.

  10. It is good to know that there are some families out there that still respect there parents. So many do not in this time and age. Thanks for sharing.

  11. Sweet Post, MD! I love reading about children honoring and respecting their parents. As mine have grown I see it more and more as they interact with Mr. AGPMan and I! God is good...and always faithful.

  12. Love how the children are respecting their dad! We need to do our driveway! Need to talk to hubby today. I'm so confused, what does TTFN mean?? It's probably something I should know!! Enjoy your day!

  13. Sounds like a wonderful family!

  14. How refreshing to find a family like that. So many of the parents nowadays want to be "friends" to their children, which is fine some of the time, but they need to be "parents" most of the time. And I, too, Marydon, would like to know what TTFN stands for. ;-)

  15. Hi Marydon....how nice is this?! Wonderful to see and hear about.

    Blessings, Barb

  16. Hi Marydon, That's exactly how it should be. It's good to see some family's working together. It seems like today we don't see that kind of thing to much. Some kids are just to spoiled!

    Thanks for dropping by..
    Enjoy your Afternoon-

  17. "God will always make it possible for us to do what he has gifted us to do"

    Amen! ♥

(Our little drive way is growing weeds!)
