Every (2) years Bill (our worker, not family ... sorry) comes over & resurfaces our driveway ... & the children come with their Dad. It is so cute to watch as they work real hard in cleaning the space & assisting Dad in spraying. Regardless of how old they are, there is always something found for them to do. They listen well & never give him any grief. A wonderful pic of 'the family that works together'.
God will always make it possible for us to do what he has gifted us to do ...

Hi there! I love it when families work together and your drive looks great:) Thanks for visiting my blog, hope you have a lovely day!
ReplyDeleteI was one of nine...and this is what we did with our dad, whatever he went and did, he always took some of us along and taught us how to work. THAT'S THE AMERICAN WAY and YAY for this daddy that he's teaching those kids to work, they will never regret that!
ReplyDelete(AND...I'm glad you appreciate it instead of thinking it's child abuse like most would!)
XOXO

It is nice to see a hard working family like that. What that father is teaching his children is priceless.

It is good to know that there are some families out there that still respect there parents. So many do not in this time and age. Thanks for sharing.

Sweet Post, MD! I love reading about children honoring and respecting their parents. As mine have grown I see it more and more as they interact with Mr. AGPMan and I! God is good...and always faithful.

Love how the children are respecting their dad! We need to do our driveway! Need to talk to hubby today. I'm so confused, what does TTFN mean?? It's probably something I should know!! Enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a wonderful family!

How refreshing to find a family like that. So many of the parents nowadays want to be "friends" to their children, which is fine some of the time, but they need to be "parents" most of the time. And I, too, Marydon, would like to know what TTFN stands for. ;-)
ReplyDeleteHi Marydon....how nice is this?! Wonderful to see and hear about.
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Barb
Hi Marydon, That's exactly how it should be. It's good to see some family's working together. It seems like today we don't see that kind of thing to much. Some kids are just to spoiled!
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by..
Enjoy your Afternoon-
