~~ First Holy Communion ~~ IHS

Ansel Emery received his First Communion yesterday. Ansel was so solemn & serious for what he was about to receive, his blessed gift of Jesus ... it was very emotional for me. (He's in the dark blue suit.)

The children all looked like little angels, so full of grace. They were so cute all standing in line, jabbering up a storm with radiating excitement for this big step in their little lives.

We are so blessed, Ansel makes us very proud. He is the kindest, sweetest, most thoughtful & gentle little one we know (for his age).

I am the photo-holic 'Mimi', I am sparing you the misery of sitting thru my vast photos.

  1. Marydon, Thank you so much for coming by and adding me to the list of blogs that you follow. We have a lot in common, I am Nana to 3 Grandsons who are the light of our lives! What a special day and I know you were so proud of Ansel and of your son and daughter-in-law for guiding their lives to God, the most important step he will take...

Congratulations on your grandson's First Communion. Isn't it a thrill to see them make that step forward in their faith? We had another granddaughter make hers yesterday as well.
