These are pictures as Hurricane Ida approached our area ... I was travelling about 25 miles SE from our home.
I am doing so much better today, TY each, for all your prayers, love & concerns. Truly I appreciate each of you ... the best medicine one can receive.

I hope you are getting better and better MD! Steve was sick sooo sick last year at this time that he didn't put up our lights for the first time in 17 years. Took him quite a bit to recover, too!

My husband has come down with a cold so I'm watching him closely, you never know with this H1N1 era we are in, we haven't been able to get the vaccine so we are crossing our fingers. ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by. The violet is a start from my husbands, grandmothers violet. She passed this past year. It is sitting my kitchen window with some others that are not in bloom at this time. It has bloomed since it was given to me a couple of months ago.

ReplyDeleteYes, IDA soaked most of the east coast, our friends live in Virginia Beach and they got soaked!!!! I cannot even imagine that much rain, we get about 7 inches per year!!!! That's it!!!!!
