I have birds building nests over some drain pipes every year and the nests almost always end up attacked by other birds. We've tried everything to keep them from building but haven't been able to prevent their problems. My Aunt and Uncle recently had a bird "couple" that had their nest right by their house. The other day my Uncle found the female, who appeared to have died during birdbirth. So sad.
